A 125cc bike should have a top speed of about 52 mph. A lot depends on how heavy you are. If you weigh 250lbs than 45mph would be normal. The wind also could slow you down as will going up a slight hill.
My old Chinese scoot (125cc) would only hit 53 mph on a straight road with no wind, and it would take a long time to get to that speed too.
In my opinion, if it runs OK and you dont have any problems with it, then leave it alone. Maybe after a few thousand miles it will go a few miles faster.

Again this past winter, from early November to April my bikes sat in my basement with a full tank of gas with the proper amount of the Sta-Bil Ethanol Treatment and Performance Improver in each of them. And I put the Battery Tender on them for 1 week per month.
Took them out and they started up and ran as if I just shut them off the day before.
Absolutely no gumming up of anything.
If you use the exact amount and fresh gas then run the engine for 5-10 miles before you store the bike, I believe you won't have any problems.
I've been using Sta-Bil since 2006 and have never had a problem.

Sounds like there is a leak somewhere. Best to put in antifreeze instead of water. You can't see where the leak is with water. Antifreeze is green or pink so it will show up if there is a leak.
If it is a new scoot then take it back to the dealer and have him fix it.

That is an old scoot! It doesn't like to run for long periods and needs to rest for a while thats why it stops.
Just buy a younger scoot that will run all day.

Hello to everyone...

I have bought a used Jonway YY250T ... it has only 1.500 miles (sorry for my bad English)
When I go above 80 km/h, the temperature goes 2mm before Red line... Then in 2-3 sec. it goes normal.. in the middle... and over again the same..

whats the problem? Please anyone help..

Thank you

There are a lot of reasons for that but the most common reason is air bubbles in the cooling system. You can try draining and refilling it but the air bubbles are hard to eliminate. As long as the temp gage return to normal it should be OK, just takes a long time for all the air to get out.

Try some motorcycle shops. They have bigger covers although somewhat pricy but you can bargain a bit with them at this time of year. Just don't put a plastic cover on it as the cover needs to breathe to let the moisture out. Most wont let moisture - rain - in too, so they are a good buy and the best way to cover and store your scoot.

There should be an equivalent product over there that does the same thing.

Checked that web site, what make bike do you have them on and was it much of a problem for them to properly size them?

The Hippo Hands were specially made for my Piaggio X9 at that time. They now sell them for the X9 and a lot of other bikes. You can Email them with your bike data and a few pics of the handlebars and they will send you the correct shape for it.

Have you tried a different title bureau. Sometimes the one you are going to will give you grief and if you try another the people there may know how to do it.
