I spotted the WF195-SB on www.wildfiremotors.com. Its a Sportbike / Scooter with a CVT trans.

They claim it has a 180cc air cooled engine in stock form. From the pics it appears to be an air-cooled GY6 clone. Does anyone have more info on this engine like bore X stroke, type of head, cam, true horsepower rating etc?

Interestingly the WF195-SB uses a 13" tire / wheel set which might mean the engine is a 158QMJ based long case type (?)

What if one could swap out their somewhat anemic 150cc GY6 engine for a powerhouse 180cc (like mine)? Now that would be sweet.

Cool Imagine that kinda motor in a scoot the size & weight of the one in my avatar. Or the even smaller Jonway Z-Bike! :D
Cool With 12g rollers, and the clutch hitting at 2500rpm. The classic muscle car recipe applied to a scooter! I will be doing that project sooner than later! Wink

I wish it had a 180cc ... for a bone stock 150cc my Roketa runs okay but the hot rodder in me starts twitching as parts catalog sites flash by

Local engine guru / racer, with a shop to die for, says "Small engines like the GY6 150 breathe better thru the stock airbox ... if you want better low end performance keep the stock carb & work with the jetting ... big foam air filters & big exhaust pipes are for wfo operation"

Rollers are next ....
The yellow scoot in the pic - how much does it weigh? engine type, brand etc.
