Got it yesterday with much anticipation.

Velocity MP-150-06

Manuf Date: JUNE 2008!

VIN# LYD

MFR- HUILI HENAN
TAIZHOU CITY KAITONG

147cc

Ordered it from Sunny Sports right before reading about the neg feedback on em. I used cc so I wasnt too worried.
I had to call everyday and found out that I had to wait longer, but all in all I ordered on 7-10 aand received 7-22 so 12 days is not bad!

The scoot arrived in mint showroom condition--Not a single scratch!

I am soooo happy, now I just have to wait for the papers.

The quality surpases all the learning here,

I thought I was goning to have to change fuel and vac lins but I think they are the upgraded ones. Every thing looks good so far, only put locktite on a few bolts and did find 2 bolts were stripped from the factory, oh well
they arnt critical points.

The wiring was intact(didnt silicon anything,yet) wiretied and done nicely.

Did my 20 min warmup after filling tank w/ gas and kicking starter 5 times.
Pretty much started after 3 pushes of the elec start button.
It idles well but low aroun 1000to 1200 when plate says norm is 1500
I kept the factory oils in for the warmup - as the crankcase oil looked high quality. Did the first oil change and then just took a couple laps up and down my alley for now (less than 1 mile total) waiting on the papers.

I will be posting pics soon and Please leave any info on this bike if you can
or info on the manufacturer.

p.s. didnt come with rear disc br as the website said(idint really think it did anyway)
but it did come with and unexpected matching trunk! cool!

Under 2weeks... Not bad at all considering the current demand for these bikes.

Also wanted to add that the air filter is paper(like the old carb style hot rod engines) in its own filter box.

And there was a clicking noise I think coming from the gear box- is this normal? After changing the gear oil last night it sounded like it went away maybe. Or is it normal for the engine to heat crack since it was basicly the first time it was ever warmed up?

Should I be changing the hydrolic oil for F brake? I havnt read anything on these yet!?

The test ride was just a little wobbly thinking it might be brakes, tire pressure, new tires, or cheap tires, maybe even just because THE SCOOT HAS SOME POWER! Actually more than I really expected. But not crazy though. Only had it up to 30mph so far in a 250 ft alley!

I am really excited to breakin this engine the HARD WAY!
I am a short guy only weighing 130lbs wet and wanna see what this pup can give. Hoping top speed tucked is 65mph and 55+ 2up with my girl on back.

Actually started knowing about the wait after wanting to talk and order over the phone. They were the only comp that answered!

12 days is even after callin few days later and finding out that the one I ordered (that was the last one) was sent to someone else. So they didnt even send mine out until 7-17 so I could have actually got it in less than 4 days! The shipping comp that they used is great-Daylight transport.
I tipped the guy a 20 spot! (just for handling my scoot with care. Also he let me tear open the box and bubble wrap before signing)
