| It's illegal to use a phone while driving here, is it not there?

Yeah, but I'm not sure whether it's just a fine or fine and points.
Turns out to be only 3 points and a 60 squid fine!!! That seems a bit modest.

On 5th gear they tested drink* driving against tired driving. The drunks were rubbish at manuvours, the tired were alright. The tired were bad at night motorway driving, the drunk were alright.
*this is just over the limit, they felt completely fine. Although they were a bit cocky and rushed around the course. So even a little bit effects you.

On another forum I pop into, a bloke was saying that his Dad stopped his bike by the window of some 4x4 driver who was on the phone and tapped on their window.
The driver wound down their window and the biker grabbed his phone and threw it across to the other side of the road and rode away! _________________
