hye I have a longjia alien lj50qt-f and recently my exhaust fell of undeneith because of a bolt comming out and when I went to sort out the exhaust I noticed that there is a pipe that goes to my exhaust that was broke with a hole in it. I cut the tube abit and put it back but I was wondering is this a afterburner pipe and does my bike need it because I looked at the yammah jog r air cooled exhaust because I know that it is a mirelli engine and the exhaust are the same but the new exhaust hasnt got a bit comming of for the pipe please help

Other people have quite happily changed exhausts and left that pipe off. Cable tie it to something so it doesn't get caught up in the works.
Your engine is not a Minarelli, although it may be a Chinese copy of one. They don't make fourstrokes. _________________

If you get a 1/8 or 1/4 inch piece of steel and shape it and drill two holes in it you can plug off that hole in the exhaust pipe. Just remove the piece that's on there and use it for a template.
Something like this:

Hey I have a Longjia LJ50Qt-f aswell and I have fitted a sports exhaust and 70cc kit on it. I bought parts for a minarelli engine and it fitted fine, well the exhuast fitted but it needed some modifications on the mounts to make it line up and fit properly. _________________ Longjia 2 Stroke

I got my 70cc kit from adrenalin-pedstop for £79.99 and you have to get one for a Yamaha Jog and my pipe from pmtuning also for a Jog or a CPI Oliver or Hussar. This is a video of mine http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5V9e7NzleOE but its a bit quicker now cause ive put lighter rollers in. _________________ Longjia 2 Stroke
