Thats not a scooter, you'll find that most of the information on this forum is for automatic or CVT transmission, not geared.
It is unlikley that the engine is a gy6 or clone, so most of our information will be useless to you.

However, a larger main jet and free flow air filter might help.

we do cater for 125 bikes aswell (seen the chinese motorbike group on here?) unfortunately a 125 wont go much faster than that, getting a smaller rear sprocket may gear it high but if it is struggling to run that fast in 5th then I wouldnt recommend upgearing the sprocket. if you feel like it needs an extra gear then find a smaller sprocket. jets and freeflows wont increase BHP enough to run noticably better.

/\/\/\ What joe_T says...gearing is how you get top end speed, might get you a couple of MPH on a small bike, but it will also work the motor hard.

looks like a cg125 engine, your not gonna get much more out of it but there are a few things you can try.
most mods for the cg125 are similar to most scoots. apart from the gears.
you can get a K&N airfilter (42mm I'd)
race cdi.
change the main jet to a #110 or #115 at a push.
freeflow exhaust.
iridium spark plug
the gearing mods are easy to do, so you might as well have a go.
the stock front sprocket is a 15 tooth, so try a 16 or even a 17 tooth.
the 16 will make gearing better, you wont be knocking up the lower gears every 2 seconds like your doing now. but top end gain is minor.
the 17 will do the same, and will give you a little more top end speed, but your take off will be rubbish, paying peter to pay paul so to speak.
as well as the 17 tooth will also require a new chain, so not really worth it.
I have a pioneer nevada, it also has the cg125, and I've done all these mods, it has brought the speed up, but not by much. have a look at pioneer nevada forum for more info on this engine. www.pioneernevada125.com
depending on your engine type you can also get a bigbore kit, but watchout for local laws.
