Please completely ignore the manual for this bike if it read as below:

Please read the very helpful instructions posted on this forum, the process is exactly the same as for a Baotian.

I spent many minutes scratching my head over the obviously incorrectly labelled drain and refill plugs. (I still undid them thought, I could understand the instructions being wrong as they may have been translated incorrectly but the diagram?!).

Although, I believe that actually some of the Forum Members more knowledgable than me recommend NOT using 15W 30/40 engine oil but instead seeking out specific Transmission fluid - not Hydraulic Fluid, mind.

Preferably G4, or something........., which apparently is lighter and more suitable than G5 grade Transmission Fluid.

But you should check with others on this forum first, though

Seriously, though. You should check

I didn't, I used 80/90w after speaking to an engineer at work, he has a beard and smokes a pipe so he knows what he's talking about.

That goes to show how tough these little engines are.

It's worth doing now though, it'll only take you 1/2 an hour.

Thanks bis, I'll got on to that soon. Just fixed my filter so I'm sick of working on my scoot for one day not to mention I need the oil lol.

It'll fly when you change it, it's amazing what a difference changing the gear oil does.
