After returning home from picking up my new 2008 250 DE tank Scooter I found this part laying under the scooter the next morning. Looks like it could secure two hoses(Hopefully just for shipping) or possibly something else. Any body have any ideas?

Hi
Looks like it should have a fastner across the hooked parts, check you fuel and oil lines. |
