This is new,on ebay. Snyder Tire, Steubenville, Ohio. Wildfire Sport Bike 180cc, single cylinder, four stroke, CVT transmission, weight 270 lbs, 70 mph. Would not disclose reserve, but I'm guessing $1,500 - $1,800 US. Bottom end looks like a Honda Ruckus, with sporty plastics slapped on top. The "gas tank", is actually a storage area. It's all Chinese.

Run, don't walk, away from that one.
Wildfire has a spotty rep. I have heard some complaints about them on here in years past. |

My wife & I both have Wildfire scooters with about 1300 km on the clock. We've ridden them since spring of '07 with no problems.
As far as them being better or worse than any other Chinese bike, most of the Chinese scooters I've seen are basically the same machine with different color schemes & stickers slapped on 'em. |

I have bought parts from them in the past and have had no problems. |

Wildfire, Sunl, Rocketa, Strada, are about the same overall.... A good 90% of problems comes down to the PDI and the customers own eye/ears.
I like these scooter motorcycle hybrids... Now if only they'd start using motorcycle motors instead of grossly underpowering them.. we'd be in business. At least get to where it can gett out of it's own way... :?
That chic looks an awful lot like the gilr I used to work with at my partime job over at the gas station... |
