Hi Helpers, the electric start doesnt work, kick start ok, when the lights are on the indicators work but when I dim or turn the lights off the indicators come on but they dont blink :?
I have recently fixed a new throttle cable, do you think I have disturbed any wiring within the throttle twist grip and elec switch :?: cheers P M |

Could be the battery, it could be wiring, or it could be the relay, or it could be the fuse next to the battery has blown.
Check the fuse first.
If the fuse is good, then test the battery by by-passing the relay. You cross the two main lead poles with something metal like a screwdriver. The strter should turn. If it does, then it's got a good battery.

| My wife's scoot had less that 400 miles on it and only when it wouldn't start with the electric starter. It turned out to be the battery. It wouldn't hold enough charge to turn the starter. A new battery solved the problem. |
