Newbie here. Hello to all. I bought 2 Roketa 150cc scooters (1 for the wife) from an internet company called "Motorcycles-Wholesale". They advertised good prices and warrenty along with 1/2 price replacement parts for life. Got the scooters and they look great. Problem is they didn't send the MCO's which makes it impossible to get them registered here. I tried calling the ph # that was on the bill of sale, but it was "not in service". I have sent numerous emails but get no reply. This has been over a month already, so I put in a complaint to the BBB and a dispute to my credit card company. Even though they advertised no returns, the CC company will try to get them to refund my $. Don't know how it'll work out. I am very disapointed that I can't ride. If I lose this, my wife won't let my get another...I have since learned that Roketa is not the make I should have gone with. If you are looking for a good scooter, pay the extra cash and buy a yamaha, honda or vespa locally!!! :icon_thumb_down:
Oh, yeah...the battery on my wifes' scooter dies already. I bought a charger off of eBay, but it didn't come with any instructions. Does anyone know how long I should charge? |

Well, just keep on them for the paperwork. It seems a lot of these dealers are slow to get the final details out. The dispute may get then to move a little faster.
You may want to pursue the possibilities of getting a title without the original paperwork also. It may require having the bikes inspected to confirm serial numbers and and other information on the bikes themselves.
There is a high demand for China scoots right now so just sell them when you get the titles worked out and get a Vespa scooter.
Life is too short to be unhappy. :D
