Well if you're still able to hit 8000rpm then your scooter is obviously still running. Can you define the "shock" you speak of?

Here's a pretty generic response:
Change the fluids (engine oil and gear oil)
Pull the sparkplug and check its color (white, brown, or black)
Look for kinked or torn air hoses
Replace sparkplug

Then report back!

I'm guessing he means vibration at 8000 RPM. Could be the belt is worn.

I had a mysterious knocking on my SYM when I got up to speed recently. I found the rear wheelnuts were a bit loose where I had taken it off to change the tyre. It sounded just like a flapping belt though.

The Kaisar is a geared bike, not a scooter... it uses a copy of the Honda CG125 engine, which was never designed to exceed 8,000rpm however a number of bike makers use it and give it a redline of 10,000rpm. It is safe to do those revs, even though it sounds harsh as hell and vibrates strongly. Unfortunately, 8000rpm in 5th gear equates to 50mph so if you want to go faster than that you just have to grit your teeth and go for it.

I found that fitting some foam grips to my girlfriends Sukida (same engine and frame, just different plastics) cut down on the vibrations through the handlebars, and a set of heavy steel bar end weights also helped.

Yes, a 1 year old bike can be worn... for example are you oiling and adjusting your chain every week? Giving all the shiny bits and all the nuts and bolts a squirt of WD40? Checking everything is tight? Seeing as you state your oil is 6 months old, I suspect not... the oil is vital and should be changed every 2000km on these bikes, the oil doesn't just keep the engine from wearing away it also cools it. That means it breaks down very quickly, I'll bet your oil is black and runny as water... have you checked?

Jut to give you an example, a chain that isn't oiled or badly adjusted can snap. When that happens, it can wrap itself around the rear sprocket, locking the wheel. So imagine doing 80mph down Lewes Road in Brighton, on your arse... and you have three seconds before the tarmac goes through your jeans, your skin, your muscle and starts scraping your bones...

Mine vibrated crazy at 8000 revs it's normal, I think the highest I ever went was 9000 and it wanted to blow up.

part of Lewes road is a heavily built up shopping road, with kids and old people crossing. and a 30mph speed limit :x . so dont speed there.

Dont forget to REGULARLY check the chain tension, these stock chains are crappy quality (as are the sprockets) and need adjustment regularly like once a week or so. Mine old bike was the same as yours and needed this so I'd keep an eye on it cause a very slack chain can spell trouble.
