Does anyone know who is the actual manufacturer for X-Treme scooters is? I mean which chinese manufacturer do they use?

You need to ask them. The manufacturer is stamped on the VIN plate.

If it says "QJ" in the serial number then it is made by QianJiang.
That looks exactly like my old Qianjiang RX150 and the Vento Phantom. |

| If I may ask, why is the 'genuine' name so vital? 99% of the scooter components are interchangable between the brands. The Phantom clone is the most popular scooter body in the country. You could call it just about anything and get away with it. The insurance companies and even the tag office will save themselves the headache, and register your bike as whatever name they happen to have a listing for with that body/engine style |
