I think they have hydrolice that lift the body as soon as the engine is started. No need for a center or sidestand as they just set down on the frame when the uydrolics are released.

Yes, it's air powered. In this video you can see it fitted to a Honda Zoomer. You can hear the compressor kick in after he's used it a couple of times.
