I have used "Rampdale" in the past for severall of my chinese motorcycles without problem, until now.
I have bought a JMstar 50 scooter that came unregistered and I took the insurance out against the vin number, you have 21 days to notify the registration number.
When I went to register the bike it was noticed I had the wrong certificate of conformity, that didn't mach up with the vin number, so when I
realised this I cancelled the insurance within the two weeks cooling off period, as I would not be able to register within the 21 days due to problems with dealer not being able to send a replacement. The bike now requires an MSVA to work arround the problem hich I now have appointment for.
I sent insurance certificate back registered and also sent them notification by email. Neither of these communications were acknowledged and they are now threatening legal action if I don't send certificate back within 7 days. |
