| I am so tired of people who continually trash Chinese scoooters. Saying things like parts are unavailable, you can't work on them and nobody will service them. I realize they are not as expensive as some of the other scooters out there, but parts are available and people do work on them. I'd like to know why they have to dog Chinese scooters. To me two wheels is two wheels... it makes no difference if it is a Vespa, Yamaha, Honda or a chinese. Just ride and enjoy. |

2 local bike mechanics near me ill kindly work on chinese scooters, parts are easy enough to get to for us normal people but mechanics don't want to pay that much for something from chineseparts.com etc. If you have a little chat to the mechanic they will track down a 'Honda' part that will fit. I got some EBC rear brake shoes for the same price I paid for the naff chinese originals.
They are mega easy to work on, theres nothing to them! Everything pretty much bolts on and requires minimum tuning. |

| I hear the same thing, I think most mechanics dont want to track down parts if you get the parts most mechanics will do the work. chinese scoots are getting better all the time. the same things were said about japanese bikes 30 years ago |

I've been saying the same about Jap bikes recently. It took me three weeks to get a thermostat for my Yamaha Aerox  |
