Hi guys not posted in a while been busy but still kept on to see whats been happening but just like you to ask your opion on the Kawasaki Versys as you know I was looking to keep to a 125 chinese bike but decided to go with a bigger bike as it would be more suited to job I need and just wanted your opion on this

Also here is a link to the site with the specs http://www.kawasaki.co.uk/product.asp?I'd=340445DF773 I really like the looks of it and was speaking to my local dealer who said he will be willing to give me the restricter kit and fit it for free provided I pay full for the panniers and the top box with the bike. The reason I wanted to show you thisis to see what you think about it before I start saving the money for it as I want abit of reasurance befor I spendso much on it insurance if fairly cheap which is good but tax is £66 due to it being over 600cc but least I get a years free tax anyway but please take into consideration in whats ive said and I hope you will help me as you are all great people and know what you are talking about.

Anthony.

Ace, you seen the new 250 Ninja? It's 33bhp standard so no need for the restrictor.

Yeh ive seen it is a really nice bike what price is it as a might have a look at it but I dont know as it looks like the style of a super bike so your in a crouch position by looks of pictures and if its that then it wont suit my purpose as I'm talking very long journeys some even mean going into different countrys depending on what base I get put on but if you could find out what loads it can carry then I will be greatful thanks for bringing that into mind McLovin but you have to admit the versys is a really nice bike although the panniers and back box are really expensive due to it having the Kawasaki bage on.

The 250 is £3000, I don't even know if it's out yet, the guy at my local kawasaki dealer said it would be out in the spring but theres nothing on their website that says it's out.

Yea it will be a low riding height. If you love it then go for it, I'm sure if you go for one of the Big 4 you can't go wrong. Just one thing, make sure it's green!
