my mate will sell it for 50 quid if I want it

engine wont start but body is sound

its on a y plate 2000


do I have it for a project or not

I'm pretty sure the Sonic uses the horizontal cylinder Minarelli engine, same as the Aerox/firefox/Formula/Dragster/Ark etc etc so engine spares won't be a prob if you need any.

may put it together for before and after pics

its ready to repair the engine






may need to pick your brain phil as I'm getting no spark but the plugs rusty so will buy a new plug first

I might have a CDI lying around if it's that, but try a plug 1st. Be sure to check the water level. If the plug's rusty, there's only one reason for it :shock:

how do you get rid of old oil



I have three milk cartons full of it from various bikes ive had


its now a mixture of 15w40 5w40 and two stroke

may just put it in the scoot and see if it starts 8) :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

I use some old oil in an ol can to oil gate hinges etc, but the rest can be left at your local tip. (sorry, recycling centre)
