today I had a s**t day
bosses kept having a go at me for things that wernt my fault
the orderpicker kept winding me up
the lad in the werehouse wouldnt get on and do any work
and every time I turned round they were pissing about together
any way the order picker kept grabbing at me so I told him to fukc off I was busy he got mouthy back and
I snapped
grabbed him by the throat and pushed him up the wall
then I thought what the funk am I doing he is just a kid and stopped
so now I'm going to be disaplined for this to |

We've all been there... well, not the grabbing someone by throat part, but being yelled at for stuff not your fault/out of your control.
I'll deal with the crap everyday since I am one of the youngest in the company, with such a high up job (I run a branch of a 5 branch flooring distributor that spans across the mid-atlantic region of the US) |

| I've been there. Only I didn't come out of it and threw him off the loading dock with his handtrucks shortly to follow. He was an illegal that the boss's son hired on so there were no real consequences, or I woulda ran my mouth to ICE. |

have been disciplined
was basically told that I was a naughty boy and not to do it again
gaffer then said he should of sacked me on the spot but the kid I threatened was a pain and a few others have done the same
was also made to apologize to the kid
we are all going paint balling soon so I will get my revenge there |
