To stop the inside of your visors steaming up try this stuff, Bob Heath Visors Anti Fog for about four or five quid a bottle:
Firstly clean the inside of the visor with water and dry thoroughly. Now squirt some of this stuff onto a piece of kitchen towel or similar and wipe.
It takes no effort at all and does a damn good job, you'll have to re-apply it once a week for best results.
RATING: 9/10 |

I picked up 100ml RAIN X from one of those pound shops for £1 for 2, I bought 4!
I dont think they realised what they had got.
I keep it in the fridge to stop it from vapourising, should last me for years! |

a really useful tip though is to use Mr Sheen to clean both sides of the visor. It contains silicone so repels water but in a different way to car polish etc. I have used it for years and although it only lasts a few days of constant rain at around a quid a large can it economical.
PS I ride a VFR750 every day around 60 miles commute all year round and have used this tip for years. does the same to the plastics on your bike so keeps things easier to clean. |
