hi guys

I was on my way home from work on friday night when I noticed a grinding/scraping sound coming from the front wheel. Didnt want to take any chances travelling 30 miles at night so got a recovery back home.

Turns out the caliper had sort of seized up. Managed to fix by cleaning out the rubbish grease the factory had put into the sliders. Put in some decent copper grease and the problem is now gone.

When I first bought my scooter my front brakes started binding after about 50 miles.

I could barely push the bike much less ride it.

After getting home I bled the brake line and the problem went away. May have had an air bubble in the line.
