its red with front headlight split (looks kind of like a wasp) very simlar to the baotian rocky model. I brought it from Rock mopeds, however they don't stock my version anymore and were'nt the most helpful when I bought it.
Sorry for not being more precise.

A fuel tap or a fuel filter? I wasn't aware that scooters came with fuel taps.
