No ones going to touch you with a bargepole at 15 because your not old enough to ride.
Then you have to obtain a CBT before you get a provisional licence and you cant ride without one.
By the time 2008 comes around the Government in their wisdon are considering raising the minimum age to drive to 18 and may probably do the same for scoots at 17 that was in todays papers.
I think buying a scoot at 15 was premature unless of course you can find a farmer who might allow you to ride your scoot on his property.
As regards insurance expect to pay loads and your father would be disking his 11 year no claim bonus for you to lose it for him so if he did it would be a foolish act on his part.
Looks like your on your own till your old enough good luck anyway

man I hope they dont put the age up to 17
otherwise all the time iv spend on the thing will be wasted..
how much do you think it would be when I'm 16 and passed my cbt?
like £200?
if I was on my own?
I'm just tryinhg to get an estimated ammount

your cbt can cost anything between 100-130 as for your insurance you will have to wait till your of age there are so many factors to take into consideration and you will have to fill in forms and make applications.
it could be £300 or more but I'm guessing.

My commuter was I think £270 TPFT with performance direct, should be half that if you go TPO, I was new to scooters, no NCB, not a driver just like you
