I've been trying all day to get insurance for my new bike and it's been a real ball ache. I'ts for a Kaisar XTR125 and either nobody has heard of it or the premium is too expensive. Norwich union wasnted just under a grand!! I rang my current insurers and I kept getting passed on o so many companies telling each of them my details over and over again. I got a quote from Rampdale at £300 but it sounds too much of a dead figure to me, next up was Carol Nash which was recomended my enu that was £330 something but they wouldn't do monthly installments, I had to pay the lot in 4 months which isn't ideal really.
One guy said the bike was simular to the aprilia RS125 which does 110mph so he had to quote me that was and they wouldn't even touch me like I was trying to insure a porsche. Useless :evil: |
